A trained HIV Testing Counsellor will contact you within 24 hours or on the next business day.
Regular business hours are 8:30-4:30, Monday – Friday. If this does not work for you please specify when filling out the form.
Your HIV Testing Counsellor will work with you to determine a follow up call time/date within 10 business days.
Your HIV Testing Counsellor will assist you with any additional resources you may need.
Positive test result
Everyone responds to a positive test result in their own way - there is no right or wrong way to handle the news.
Your HIV testing Counsellor will have you come in to the office to perform a confirmatory HIV test.
You will immediately be linked to an HIV Case Manager who will answer all of your questions and assist you with setting up your first medical appointment.
Starting HIV treatment as early as possible increases your chances of getting the most health benefits from your medication
